Regulation 106ZF ensures continued application of guidelines for SMEs on the institutional trading platform despite Chapter XC's repeal.
Regulation 106ZF of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2009, addresses the repeal and saving of provisions related to small and medium enterprises listed on the institutional trading platform. Despite the repeal of Chapter XC, all relevant directions, guidelines, instructions, or circulars remain effective for these enterprises as long as they are listed or until further notice by the Board. The terms 'pre-issue' and 'post-issue' are interpreted as 'pre-listing' and 'post-listing' for listings without a public issue. These provisions were amended by the SEBI (Fourth Amendment) Regulations, 2015.
