of <h1>SEBI Amends Capital and Disclosure Regulations, Omits Schedule XIXA Effective August 14, 2015</h1> The Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2009, originally included Schedule XIXA, which was introduced by the SEBI (Listing of Specified Securities on Institutional Trading Platform) Regulations, 2013. This schedule was later omitted by the SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) (Fourth Amendment) Regulations, 2015, effective from August 14, 2015. The changes reflect regulatory adjustments concerning the issuance and disclosure requirements for capital in the securities market in India.
