Post-issue reporting obligations require lead merchant bankers to file prescribed reports and a due diligence certificate promptly. Lead merchant bankers must submit specified post-issue reports: for public issues, a final report as per Part C of Schedule XVI within the prescribed post-allotment or refund period; for rights issues, an initial report as per Part B of Schedule XVI shortly after closure and a final report as per Part D of Schedule XVI within the prescribed post-allotment or refund period. The final post-issue report must be accompanied by a due diligence certificate in the Form G format of Schedule VI.
