          <h1>Issuers must publish pre-issue ads in national and regional newspapers per Regulation 47, SEBI Regulations, 2009.</h1> Regulation 47 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2009 mandates that an issuer must publish a pre-issue advertisement after registering the red herring prospectus or prospectus with the Registrar of Companies. This advertisement must appear in a widely circulated English national daily, a Hindi national daily, and a regional language newspaper where the issuer's registered office is located. The advertisement must follow the format and include disclosures as specified in Part A of Schedule XIII, in accordance with section 66 of the Companies Act, 1956.
