Transferability of locked-in securities: permits intra-promoter and specified-person transfers while lock-in continues with transferee, who is barred from further transfer. Transferability permits promoters' locked-in specified securities to be transferred to another promoter, promoter-group person, new promoter, or person in control; non-promoters' locked-in securities may be transferred to other persons holding locked-in specified securities along with those proposed to be transferred. Lock-in continues for the remaining period with the transferee, who is ineligible to transfer until the lock-in period has expired.
