          <h1>Disclosure of information: Director may share PMLA-acquired information with tax, foreign exchange, or enforcement agencies.</h1> The Director or an authority he specifies may furnish information obtained under the Act to officers, authorities or bodies-particularly those dealing with taxation, foreign exchange, or narcotics enforcement-or to other authorities the Central Government specifies by notification, where such information is necessary for them to perform their functions; additionally, if the Director or specified authority, on the basis of information or material, believes another law has been contravened, they shall share the information with the concerned agency for necessary action.
