of <h1>Govt Amends PMLA Notification: Adds Director General of Foreign Trade to List per Section 66 Clause (ii.</h1> The Central Government has amended Notification No. G.S.R. 381(E), dated 27th June 2006, under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002. This amendment, issued on 7th December 2010, involves the addition of a new entry in the notification. Specifically, after serial number (14), the 'Director General of Foreign Trade' is now included as serial number (15). This change was made under the authority granted by clause (ii) of section 66 of the Act, deemed necessary in the public interest.
