of <h1>Military Intelligence Added to Anti-Money Laundering Notification by Finance Ministry Amendment.</h1> The Central Government has amended Notification No. G.S.R.381(E), dated June 27, 2006, under the Prevention of Money-laundering Act, 2002. This amendment, issued on July 25, 2018, by the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, adds 'Military Intelligence' as a new entry to the existing notification. This change is deemed necessary in the public interest and follows several previous amendments to the original notification.
