Procedure for letters of request: central government must transmit or send communications to contracting states or courts as notified. Every letter of request, summons or warrant received by or to be transmitted by the Central Government under the mutual assistance chapter must be forwarded to the relevant contracting State or sent to the competent court in India in the form and manner specified by the Central Government by notification.
