Staffing of Adjudicating Authorities: central government supplies officers who serve under the Chairperson's general superintendence. The Central Government shall provide each Adjudicating Authority with such officers and employees as it may think fit; those officers and employees discharge their functions under the general superintendence of the Chairperson of the Adjudicating Authority; and the salaries, allowances and other conditions of service of the officers and employees shall be such as may be prescribed.
