Assistance to a contracting State: central authorities may forward foreign requests for investigation and evidence for domestic execution. Where a contracting State sends a letter of request seeking investigation or forwarding evidence in respect of offences under the Act, the central executive may transmit that request to an appropriate domestic forum or enforcement authority for execution in accordance with this Act or other applicable domestic law governing attachment, confiscation and related procedures.
