Distribution of business among benches: Chairman may notify administrative allocation and matters for each bench. The Chairman may, by notification and from time to time, make provisions for the distribution of the business of the Appellate Tribunal amongst constituted Benches and provide for the matters which may be dealt with by each Bench, establishing an ongoing administrative mechanism for bench-wise assignment of cases.
