Procedure for furnishing information by reporting entities prescribed by Central Government in consultation with Reserve Bank for compliance. Central Government may prescribe the procedure and manner of maintaining and furnishing information by reporting entities, in consultation with the Reserve Bank, for implementing the Act; this authorises rules governing record keeping, reporting and submission processes for covered information obligations, and the provision's amendments expand and clarify the scope of the reporting duties subject to such procedures.
