Terms of office: statutory tenure and age based cessation for tribunal members were removed by amendment. Section 29 prescribed that the Chairperson and Members hold office for a five year term from assumption, with cessation on attaining prescribed ages-Chairperson at sixty eight and other Members at sixty five-but this provision was omitted by the 2005 amendment effective 1 7 2005.
