The objective is to implement the Foreign Trade (Development & Regulation) Act, its rules, orders, and the FTP (2009-14) through simple, transparent, and EDI-compatible procedures. Definitions from the FT (D&R) Act and FTP (2009-14) apply to this Handbook.
