Coffee exports require approval from the Coffee Board. High-grade iron ore exports are canalized through MMTC with Board of Approval consent. Polyester yarn units must export directly and cannot engage in job work, except for dyeing. Surplus power sales by EOUs involve state consultation, and duty exemptions apply within EOUs/SEZs. Plastic units have specific extension and relocation guidelines. Certain non-ITA-I items can be sold in the Domestic Tariff Area (DTA). Restrictions apply to textiles, tea requires 50% value addition, and segregation activities are limited. Spices and gem/jewelry products have specified value addition requirements.
