of <h1>Import Restrictions on High-Duty Produce & Specific Capital Goods Under Appendix 37B of Foreign Trade Procedure 2009-14</h1> The a list of import items that are not allowed under promotional schemes specified in Chapter 3, unless otherwise stated, as per Appendix 37B of the Foreign Trade Procedure (2009-14). The restricted items include vegetables and fruits with a duty exceeding 30% under Chapters 7 and 8 of the ITC (HS) Classification, all spices with similar duty (excluding cloves), tea, coffee, pepper, all oil seeds, natural rubber, and specific capital goods such as certain agricultural tractors, stationary diesel engines, irrigation pumps, threshers, combine harvesters, and animal-driven implements.
