of <h1>India Suspends SIONs for Chemicals & Allied Products Under Foreign Trade Policy 2009-2014 Until Further Notice.</h1> The Directorate General of Foreign Trade, under the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, has suspended the operation of specific Standard Input Output Norms (SIONs) related to the 'Chemicals & Allied Products' group. The suspension, effective immediately, applies to SIONs A-84, A-197, A-2287, A-2476, A-2583, and A-3139. This action is taken under the authority granted by the Foreign Trade Policy 2009-2014 and the Handbook of Procedures, with the suspension remaining in effect until further notice.
