Exclusion of time for obtaining order copy: time to secure a copy is excluded when computing appeal limitation. Where an order under the Chapter was served but the party was not furnished a copy when notice was served, the time reasonably required to obtain a copy of that order shall be excluded in computing the limitation period for any appeal or application under the Chapter.
