Section 9B - Powers of Court to publish name, place of business, etc., of persons convicted under the Act.-

Publication of convicted persons' details may be ordered at the convict's expense after appeals are exhausted, and costs recoverable.

The convicting Court may order publication of a convicted person's name, place of business or residence, nature of the contravention and other relevant particulars at the convicted person's expense, in newspapers or by other means as directed. Publication is deferred until the appeal period has expired or any filed appeal is disposed of. The Court-ordered publication expenses are recoverable from the convicted person as if they were a fine.
