Conclusive settlement orders preclude reopening of covered matters and are extended to apply to the Interim Board. Order of settlement under section 32F(1)(5) is conclusive as to matters stated therein, and matters covered by such an order shall not be reopened in any proceeding under the Act or any other law, except as otherwise provided in the Chapter. The same conclusive effect is extended to orders issued by the Interim Board by statutory amendment.
