Rectification of Register of Charges allows extension or correction when an omission or misstatement is accidental or inadvertent. Rectification of register entries for charges permits correction or extension where omissions or misstatements in filings relating to charges, modifications, or satisfaction memoranda are accidental, inadvertent, or for another sufficient cause and are not of a nature likely to prejudice creditors or shareholders; correction or extension is available on application by the company or any person interested and may be directed by the government on such terms and conditions as it deems just and expedient.
