of <h1>New Penalty Rules: Double Fines for Repeated Offenses Under Section 454A of the Companies (Amendment) Ordinance, 2019.</h1> Section 454A of the Companies (Amendment) Ordinance, 2019, introduces a penalty for repeated defaults. If a company, its officer, or any person penalized under the Act commits the same default again within three years from the initial penalty order, they are liable for a penalty amounting to twice the original penalty specified under the relevant provisions of the Act.
