Director disqualification: non compliance with section 165(1) is now an explicit ground under section 164(1). Amendment inserts clause (i) into section 164(1) to specify that non compliance with the obligation in subsection (1) of section 165 constitutes an explicit statutory circumstance falling within section 164(1).
