Adjudicating officer powers expanded: can penalise companies, officers or others and order rectification for non compliance. The amendment authorises the adjudicating officer to impose a penalty on the company, the officer in default or any other person and to direct such person or company to rectify the default; it also substitutes references throughout the section to include 'any other person' and replaces non payment language with failure to comply with orders made under subsection (3) or (7).
