of <h1>Non-compliance with Sections 152, 155, 156 could cost individuals or directors up to 50,000 plus daily penalties.</h1> Section 159 of the principal Act is replaced to impose penalties on individuals or directors of a company who fail to comply with provisions of sections 152, 155, and 156. The penalty for such non-compliance can be up to fifty thousand rupees. If the default continues, an additional penalty of up to five hundred rupees per day may be imposed for each day the default persists beyond the initial infraction.
