Electronic issuance of customs orders permitted via automated customs system based on risk evaluation and selection criteria. Amendment to the proviso of section 47 authorises that the specified order may also be made electronically through the customs automated system on the basis of risk evaluation through appropriate selection criteria, by substituting the prior introductory language to expressly permit electronic issuance via automated risk-based selection.
