Deletion of inter-act cross-reference removes explicit qualifier in section 43(5) of the National Housing Bank Act. Amendment to section 43(5) of the National Housing Bank Act, 1987 effects the deletion of an inter act cross reference by omitting the words, figures and letters that referred to section 54AA of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934, removing the explicit qualifier in sub section (5) that preserved that Reserve Bank provision.
