Statutory cross-reference updated to Companies Act audit provision, revising National Housing Bank Act's corporate audit reference accordingly. The amendment substitutes in section 33(2) of the National Housing Bank Act the words, brackets and figures referring to sub section (2) of section 227 of the Companies Act, 1956 with words, brackets and figures referring to sub section (2) of section 143 of the Companies Act, 2013, updating the Act's cross reference to the current companies law.
