of <h1>Finance Act 2018: Customs Tariff Act Amendments for Vigna Beans, Capsicum Chilly, and Dioctyl Phthalate Update</h1> The Third Schedule of the Finance Act, 2018 amends the Customs Tariff Act. In Chapter 7, it revises tariff item 0713 31 00 to specify beans of species Vigna mungo and Vigna radiata, with respective tariff rates. Chapter 9 removes tariff item 0904 22 12. Chapter 12 introduces a new tariff item 1209 91 70 for chilly of the genus Capsicum with a specified rate. In Chapter 29, it updates the description for tariff item 2917 39 20, replacing 'Dioctyl phthalate' with 'Dioctyl isophthalate and dioctyl terephthalate.'
