of <h1>EOU/ETHP/STP units allowed to sell in DTA if positive NFE met, per Foreign Trade Policy.</h1> EOU/ETHP/STP units can sell finished goods, freely importable under the Foreign Trade Policy, in the Domestic Tariff Area (DTA) if they achieve positive Net Foreign Exchange (NFE). Sales contributing to NFE include supplies to holders of Advance Authorization, foreign exchange remittance-based sales, supplies to other special units like SEZ, and sales to bonded warehouses. Additionally, supplies include duty-free eligible goods, ITA-1 items, and specific exports like tags and labels. LPG from EOU refineries can be supplied to public sector oil companies for household use under specific conditions, including duty-free import permissions.
