Manufacturers holding an Advance Intermediate License can remove intermediate goods duty-free for export, provided they are used in the manufacture of final goods by DEEC holders. The removal must comply with Central Excise Rules, and the quantity should not exceed the duty exemption entitlement. The ultimate exporter must ensure the goods are tested and exported following the Simplified Export Procedure. Required documentation must be submitted within specified periods, and any waste generated must be duty-paid. Exports can be made from designated ports and airports.
