Courier exports follow standard courier export/import regulations and ordinary export assessment procedures. Postal exports permit shipment of products, samples and warranty spares through foreign post offices. Electronic-mode exports for software/STP units require submission of the SOFTEX form in triplicate to the designated STPI officer, certification and forwarding of the original to the Reserve Bank, retention of triplicate by STPI, and submission of the duplicate by the authorised dealer to the Reserve Bank upon realisation of export proceeds.
