Original jurisdiction: removal of prior restrictions on revenue matters and collection acts under constitutional amendment. A proviso to Article 225 removes prior restrictions on the exercise of original jurisdiction in matters concerning revenue and acts done or ordered in the collection of revenue, declaring that restrictions existing immediately before the commencement of the Constitution shall no longer apply to such jurisdiction.
