of <h1>Regulation 15 allows carriers to use old cargo forms until August 31, 2024, amid ongoing extensions.</h1> The transitional provisions under Regulation 15 of the Sea Cargo Manifest and Transhipment Regulations, 2018, allow authorized carriers to submit cargo declarations and manifests using specified forms until November 1, 2020. Despite the new regulations, carriers can continue using forms from the Import Manifest (Vessels) Regulations, 1971, and Export Manifest (Vessels) Regulations, 1976, as previously applicable, until specified dates for different customs ports. These provisions have been subject to multiple extensions and amendments through various notifications, extending deadlines for compliance with the new regulations up to August 31, 2024.
