of <h1>Sea Cargo Manifest Regulations Updated: Deadline Extended to 31st August 2021 Per Regulation 15 Amendment.</h1> The Sea Cargo Manifest and Transhipment (Sixth Amendment) Regulations, 2021, were issued by the Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs under the Ministry of Finance. These amendments modify the Sea Cargo Manifest and Transhipment Regulations, 2018. Specifically, regulation 15 has been updated to extend the deadline from '31st July 2021' to '31st August 2021.' These changes come into effect upon their publication in the Official Gazette. The principal regulations were initially published on 11th May 2018 and have undergone several amendments, the latest being on 23rd July 2021.
