Deadline Extension for Sea Cargo Manifest: Regulation 15 Sub-Regulation (2) Now Due by 31st May 2021.

The Sea Cargo Manifest and Transhipment (Second Amendment) Regulations, 2021, issued by the Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs, amends the 2018 regulations. The amendment extends the deadline in regulation 15, sub-regulation (2), from "15th April, 2021" to "31st May, 2021." These changes are effective from the publication date in the Official Gazette. The principal regulations were initially published on 11th May 2018 and last amended on 31st March 2021.
