Sea Cargo Regulations 2021 Amendment Extends Compliance Deadline to July 31 Under Regulation 15(2.

The Sea Cargo Manifest and Transhipment (Fourth Amendment) Regulations, 2021, issued by the Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs, amends the existing Sea Cargo Manifest and Transhipment Regulations, 2018. Effective from its publication date, the amendment extends the deadline in Regulation 15, sub-regulation (2) from 30th June 2021 to 31st July 2021. These regulations are enacted under the authority of various sections of the Customs Act, 1962. The principal regulations were initially published in May 2018 and last amended in May 2021.
