Transhipment and manifest deadline extended and Form XI monetary thresholds reduced under amended sea cargo regulations. The amendment extends the deadline in regulation 15(2) by substituting the existing terminal date with a later terminal date, and systematically replaces the higher monetary figures in Form XI with lower figures wherever they occur, including the parenthetical numeric forms.
