Sea Cargo Regulations Updated: Effective Period in Regulation 15 Extended to September 30, 2020.

The Sea Cargo Manifest and Transhipment (Second Amendment) Regulations, 2020, issued by the Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs, amends the 2018 regulations. The amendment extends the effective period mentioned in regulation 15, sub-regulations (1) and (2), from "15th May, 2020 till 1st August, 2020" to "15th May, 2020 till 30th September, 2020." These changes are effective from the date of publication in the Official Gazette. The principal regulations were initially published in May 2018 and last amended in February 2020.
