of <h1>SEBI Regulation 28 on Publishing Suspension Orders in Newspapers Omitted in 2002 Update</h1> Regulation 28 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Registrars to an Issue and Share Transfer Agents) Regulations, 1993, originally required the publication of orders for suspension or cancellation of certificates in at least two daily newspapers. This provision was omitted by the SEBI (Procedure for Holding Enquiry Officer and Imposing Penalty) Regulations, 2002, effective from September 27, 2002.
