Registration refusal procedure: applicant given hearing, notified of grounds, and may seek reconsideration within set period. If an application under regulation 3 does not satisfy regulation 6, the Board shall reject the application after giving the applicant an opportunity of being heard. The Board must communicate the refusal within thirty days stating the grounds. An aggrieved applicant may apply for reconsideration within thirty days of receipt of the intimation, and the Board must reconsider and communicate its findings in writing as soon as possible.
