Regulation 8A prescribed the procedure for grant of a certificate of permanent registration to registrars to an issue and share transfer agents: eligible applicants could apply in Form A within the prescribed pre expiry window, pay a non refundable fee, submit details and a declaration of changes, and have the application processed as a fresh initial registration; the Board, if satisfied of eligibility, would issue Form B subject to payment of the prescribed fee.
