of <h1>Amendment Removes Regulation 9B on Registration Certificate Validity in SEBI Regulations, Effective July 5, 2011.</h1> Regulation 9B of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Registrars to an Issue and Share Transfer Agents) Regulations, 1993, which specified that the certificate of registration and its renewal were valid for three years from the date of issue, was omitted by an amendment effective from July 5, 2011. This regulation previously outlined the duration of validity for certificates granted under regulations 8 and 9.
