of <h1>Section 132 Amendment: Penalty Reduced, Appellate Authority Updated, and Sub-sections (6)-(9) Removed.</h1> Section 132 of the principal Act is amended as follows: In sub-section (4), clause (c), sub-clause (A), item (II), the penalty amount is reduced from ten lakh rupees to five lakh rupees. Sub-section (5) is revised to replace references to the Appellate Authority with the Appellate Tribunal, including provisions for prescribed manner and fee payment. Sub-sections (6), (7), (8), and (9) are omitted entirely.
