of <h1>Amendment to Section 438 expands court classification to include Metropolitan Magistrate or Judicial Magistrate of First Class.</h1> Section 438 of the principal Act is amended to expand the classification of courts. Previously, it was deemed to be a Court of Session. The amendment now includes that it can also be deemed to be the court of a Metropolitan Magistrate or a Judicial Magistrate of the First Class, depending on the situation.
