Deposit repayment deadline: amended to require repayment within three years or on deposit expiry, whichever is earlier. Substitutes clause (b) of sub section (1) of section 74 to require repayment of deposits within three years from commencement or upon expiry of the deposit term, whichever is earlier, and specifies that any renewal of such deposits shall be done in accordance with Chapter V and the rules made thereunder.
