Company register access: amendment removes prior Registrar copy requirement and limits inspection of prescribed particulars. The amendment removes the requirement that the Registrar be given a copy of a proposed special resolution in advance and inserts a proviso excluding prescribed particulars of the register, index or return from inspection and from taking extracts or copies.
