Intimation of payment or satisfaction: Registrar may accept late notices within an extended period on payment of additional fees. The amendment removes the provision applying another subsection to intimations and inserts a proviso permitting the Registrar, on application by the company or charge holder, to accept an intimation of payment or satisfaction within an extended period on payment of prescribed additional fees.
