of <h1>Section 216 Amended: New Clause Added for Individuals with Beneficial Interest or Ownership in Company Shares.</h1> Section 216 of the principal Act is amended by modifying sub-section (1). In clause (b), the term 'company' is replaced with 'company; or'. A new clause (c) is added, addressing individuals who have or had a beneficial interest in shares of a company or who are or have been beneficial owners or significant beneficial owners of a company.
